made on the Christmas Depot.If for any reason you are
dissatisfied with your purchase, simply log into our state of
the art Consumer
Rescue Center within 14 days of the order date to submit your
request for a return authorization number.
Please include the item(s) in question, and the reason for return.
Upon receipt of your return we will gladly issue an
exchange or refund your money to the original form of
purchase, less shipping and handling.
The Christmas Depot issues credits or refunds within 30 days of
receipt and inspection of returned parcels.
All returned orders must include the return authorization
label issued by our
Consumer Rescue Center
attached to the outside of the carton, the original packaging,
and be returned to us freight prepaid and insured.
Since we are not responsible for any lost or damaged
packages we recommend insuring the parcel for the
product replacement value, and shipping it via a
trackable method.
Unauthorized returns sent to us without a return authorization number
will be refused.
Product returns are subject to a 18 percent restocking fee, except for
Christmas trees, which are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.
We are not responsible for freight charges.
Refused parcels will be subject to applicable restocking fees and freight charges.
Halloween merchandise purchased before Halloween cannot
be returned after Halloween, for refund, credit, or exchange.
Christmas merchandise purchased before Christmas cannot
be returned after Christmas, for refund, credit, or exchange.
No refunds or exchanges on "Smart Card" purchases,
gift certificates, Custom-Made products, or sale merchandise.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will
do our best to guarantee your satisfaction.
Damaged Merchandise
Team Santa sincerely appreciates your patronage and we
take a great deal of pride in delivering your order in a
carefully packed and timely manner.
In the event of a damaged parcel, you must contact us
within a 3 day period of the receipt of product via our
Consumer Rescue Center.
Please reference the item(s) in question, quantity, and a
description of the damage and we will then issue the
appropriate damage control procedure.
