Instructions For Paying By Check or Money Order
If you do not have a credit card, and want to use a check
or money order, you can still order from us by following
these simple instructions.
Place your order using our shopping cart. Please type the words
"Pay By Check" in the special instructions box upon checkout.
Once your order is placed, it is important to understand that
your order will not be picked or processed until your check or
money order is received by us.
Make sure to:
- Write your order number on the memo line of the check.
- Write your telephone number on the check.
- Write your driver's license number on the check, and indicate the state the license was issued by. If you do not provide a driver's license number, we cannot process your check order. You will have to pay by money order instead.
- If your check is preprinted with a PO Box address, write your valid street address on the check. Also, remember we cannot ship to a PO Box.
- Include a copy of your order with the check.
- Include a completed CHECK AUTHORIZATION FORM with the check.
Once your check or money order
is received, your order will be then picked, processed and shipped. Make all checks and money orders payable to ChristmasDepot.com.
Very Important
Please keep in mind that the products in your order are
not picked nor set aside for you until your check or money
order is received. Stock quantities are subject to change while
waiting for your check to arrive. This may result in the products
that you have ordered to no longer be available when your
check or money order does arrive. This of course due to the time
delay involved in waiting for payment. Please keep this in mind
when mailing your check or money order and be sure to choose
the most efficient means of delivery.
Checks received must be approved by our check approval
system. Checks failing to meet approval will have a delay of
10 business days to clear funds before your shipment is sent.
We will do our best to process your order in its entirety,
providing the products you have ordered are still in stock
and listed as available on our web site. If some products
in your order are not available once your check or money
order is received, we will ship those products that are available,
and you will be issued a store credit for the balance.
Our ecommerce system is specifically designed to process
credit card transactions. However, we do realize that all
consumers do not have credit cards. Therefore, we have set up
the above policy to assist those consumers who wish to pay
for their internet order with a form of payment other than a
credit card.
